Momoko and I managed to see Kung Fu Panda last weekend before she went back to hospital this week. I am not a fan of Dreamworks animation for the most part, but this was a stellar film. The story telling was great, the voice acting was very well done by everyone involved (and yes I kept guessing everyone within 30 seconds of their character starting to speak), and it was genuinely funny. Like, bust out loud, knee-slapper, accidentally elbow the person next to you in the ribs funny. 

On top of that, both the opening sequence (no link.. arg!) and end credits were great, as they were highly stylised 2D works instead of what I would have expected - more 3D stuff. And we know how much I love well-crafted 2D.

Anyway, I strongly recommend seeing this movie as as possible.
