The “sad” thing is, given the way our language is going, I wouldn’t be surprised if when the teens of this generation were to actually become lawyers and judges that they may hand down decisions with such phrasing. 

I know I already come pretty damn close to it when offering my official critiques and advice to clients. “I strongly recommend against using a burst badge in the upper corner of your site, do its current needless overuse, disassociation with your product - and the fact that they are whack.”
